1. Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16)
Domicile/Quota: Punjab, 2
Qualification & Experience: Graduate with shorthand/typing skills (100/50 w.p.m., respectively), preferably with 3 years’ experience as a stenotypist. Knowledge of MS Office is required.

Qualification & Experience: B.COM/BBA with 3 years’ service experience in a relevant field in any government, semi-government, or autonomous body.

3. Assistant Quantity Surveyor (BPS-16)

HEC Jobs 2024 Application Process:
- To apply for these positions, candidates must utilize the online portal available on the HEC website at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. Sending physical copies of CVs and documents is not necessary.
- Candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and its nearby areas will undergo tests and interviews via audio/video conferencing, conducted at convenient locations such as Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, & Peshawar. However, only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria for positions advertised in BPS-01 to BPS-04 will proceed to the interview stage.
- For positions from BPS-05 to BPS-16, applicants are required to submit an application processing fee of Rs. 600/- into the designated online account (A/C No. 17427900133401) at Habib Bank Ltd. Proof of payment must be uploaded to the HEC website at https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
- Candidates currently employed in government positions must adhere to the proper application procedure. There is a general age relaxation of five (05) years already included, with additional relaxation following government regulations.
- Selected individuals may be assigned to any location across Pakistan. Travel allowances will not be provided for test/interview appearances. HEC reserves the right to reject applications without giving reasons and to modify the number of available vacancies.
